With the constantly changing times, at Bodyfit Personal Training, we work closely with each client to provide the most sound, effective and supportive approach to reaching individualized personal health and fitness goals for all of our clients. Through our customized programs, one of our main goals is to actually teach you “how” to lose weight “the right way.” Then we teach you how to stay fit and healthy for life!

We realize that, there are those who just don’t have the time or find it inconvenient to travel to a gym. Therefore, we come to you – at your convenience – with the equipment.

We begin with a fitness test which will enable us to understand or ascertain your current fitness level. After your program begins, you will regularly receive fitness assessments as you reach toward your goal. Whether young or older, beginner or advanced, we can help you “achieve your fitness goals at home.”
